We are a growing family-oriented business in Greencastle PA. We focus on doing what is right for our clients in all situations. We specialize in working with retirees and those that wish to plan for retirement. Our goal is to take the mystery out of budgeting, managing risk, preparing for retirement, and preserving wealth. We help our clients acquire the information they need in order to pursue their financial objectives. We do this through various Financial products, Medicare health products, and Individual health products. We take pride in establishing a long and trusted relationship with our clients.

Financial New Business Processor

Full-Time Hours 30-40 hours a week

Pay and Benefits are variables depending on your level of experience.

An example of job duties/skills needed would be:

  • Request quotes and run illustrations
  • Prepare applications for agent appointments
  • Complete and submit applications
  • Follow up on pending applications with the company and clients
  • Work directly with the agent on meeting the client needs
  • Keeping the computer system up to date
  • Weekly / monthly production reports
  • Follow the processes as set forth
  • Client service tasks as needed

Financial Support 

Full or part-time hours 

Pay and benefits based on experience and abilities

An example of job duties/skills needed would be:

  • Follow process steps
  • Comfortable with verbal and written communication
  • Handle incoming service requests via phone, in person, and in writing.
  • Order quotes and forms from companies
  • Ensure processing of service requests
  • Keeping the computer system up to date
  • Occasional reception duties

Medicare Agent

Full-time hours 30-40 hours a week

Pay and benefit are variable depending on your level of experience and directly adjust based on your client growth. This position has substantial career growth potential. 

An example of job duties/skills needed would be:

  • Ability to get insurance license, we assist with education
  • Insurance background beneficial, we will train on our specific areas
  • Educational training to keep license and product knowledge up to date
  • Strong oral communication skills
  • Identify, quote, and sell products based on our client needs
  • Reach sales goals
  • Assist with servicing existing policies and clients
  • Keeping the computer system up to date

Medicare Support Staff (with growth opportunities)

Full-time hours 30-40 hours a week

Pay and benefit are variables depending on your level of experience and abilities

An example of job duties/skills needed would be:

  • Comfortable with verbal and written communication
  • Answer general policy questions
  • Process claims
  • Client service requests via phone, in person, and in writing.
  • Assist the Medicare processor with submissions and application process
  • Occasional reception duties
